Two EGDs same day/different session

Physician saw a patient for complaining of dysphagia. Patient had an EGD done and was found to have a mass at the GE junction and mild stricture distal third of the esophagus; biopsies were taken. Later in the day, patient had a food impaction and was brought back for EGD with dilatation. How would this second EGD be coded? Would I need a modifier? If so, would either 76 or 78 be appropriate? Or would I use 59 since they were performed in different sessions? Thanks!

The 76 is what needs to be used as the procedure was repeated.
