Please help! Coding sialendoscopy

Hi one of our surgeons is scheduled to do a sialendoscopy. I've done some research and the only code I could come up with is 42699 (unlisted code). The patient's insurance has approved the procedure but now the surgeon states I also need to bill 42335 (incision submandibular duct to remove complicated stone) and 42500 (repair salivary duct, simple). There will not be any incision made, but the stone will be removed....can I bill these three codes? Or is there another possible code I could use for the removal of the stone?
