Global Period

Patient has surgery by ENT. Patient has to return to ER for bleeding and seen by another ENT. (who is in a different ENT Group, but because the all work for same Health System (Same Tax ID) and different NPI's. Should we use a modifier to indicate post-op by different Physician? (55) Not sure how or if we can code/bill for this?
