What are the correct complication codes for a patient who is 12 weeks pregnant and came to the ED due to having palpitations and chest pain?

This is the HPI:

27 yr old 12 wk pregnant female who had acute onset of mild to moderate palpitations located on the right side of her chest associated with shortness of breath for the past 3 hours. the pt. is G3P2. Denies vaginal bleeding.

Past Med. Hx:
hx. of hypertension during pregnancy in the past

Exam:
Pt found to be hypertensive with BP 159/90

Final Dx:
1. palpitations
2. chest pain
3. hypertension
4. pregnancy
