Subclavian angiogram with Heart Cath

A subclavian angiogram was done during a Heart Cath for the purpose of sending the pt for CABG but stenosis was found in the subclavian. Would you code the subclavian angiogram?

I don't usually bill for the angiogram because it is done to visualize patency of LIMA for CABG procedure. However if stenosis was found would you bill for the angiogram?
