xantheloma eyelid incision and drainage

Trying to figure out a CPT® code when my physician performed an I & D on a xantheloma of the eyelid. She used an #11 blade and made a small incision and then expressed the contents with some gauze. I have looked in the skin section (10040 etc) and none really seem to fit and have looke in the incision/drainage in the eyelid section - none really seem to fit. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
