Labs

I work for a Fertility clinic. We draw labs in the office and send out to Quest Diagnostics to process the blood. When we bill the insurance it goes out as an office place of service since it was done in office. Since it goes out as POS 11 (office) the patients are being charged copays every single time they come in which is quite often. Any suggestions on what we could do differently?
