Anterior/Posterior Approach during Bariatric

If we do anterior or posterior approach to repair hiatal or esophageal hernia during bariatric surgery can these be billed in addition to the gastric surgery?

We were told only posterior approach was billable and the anterior is considered bundled into the gastric surgery.

Can you give us your opinion on this?
