G8853 use of entity code

I'm sending this code G8853 but always get requires entity code. can anyone tell me what i need to add? I know this is for eprescribe service documentation but I want to make sure Medicare is counting these claims in the tally. thanks Julie

The correct E-prescribe code is G8553.

Are you sending them with one of the denominator codes? These include office visits, some eye codes, some behavioral health codes.
