I am not sure what would be the best code....


"the IVUS catheter was advanced over the common wire to the level of the distal superficial femoral artery. Sonographic images of the superficial femoral artery were reviewed, and decision was made to advance a laser atherectomy catheter to the distal superficial femoral artery. The IVUS was removed over the wire , and the CliRpath TURBO elite 2.3 was advanced to the level of the left superficial femoral artery where 3 passes were performed all the way down to the distal superficial femoral artery and left popliteal artery after which IVUS was reinserted and sonographic images were again reviewed."
