Physician Not Present - What Can Be Billed?

We are having a discussion in our office. If a physician is not present in the office, what, if anything can be billed (i.e. venipunctures, urinalysis, fecal occult blood tests, etc).

I believe you really only need to be concerned with the visit code. Reference a current CPT® book.
