Physician Final Fee Schedule Rule due soon...
The Final Rule must be released by Nov 1, 1009, which is Sunday. We should have an answer about what they are doing about consults by the end of tomorrow....

Consultation 2010
The consultation codes remain in CPT for 2010 but be sure to read the new text.
Whether or not CMS will continue to pay for them remains to be seen.........
