Coding use of Floseal

Pt admitted w/epistaxis. Taken to OR by ENT, found 2-3 nasal bleeders - used cautery, but also applied Floseal to "entire nasal cavity" per Op report. In addition to code for cautery, could code 21.09 also be used - for "control of epistaxis by other means"? Coding recommendations?
