ROS vs Past History

If you were auditing a note were would you give credit for this statement:

"Patient had seen endocrinology last year for her elevated calcium levels and had been started on furosemide. She was supposed to stop the hydrochlorothiazide but this did not happen and recent blood work showed an elevated calcium and low potassium level. She has not followed up with endocrinology but her daughter agrees to bring her back to U.

Please let me know.

Thank you!
