Nuclear Stress Tests

3 physicians are in a group and own their NST equipment. Only 1 of the 3 reads (26) the other 2 only provide supervision and TC. The 2 believe they can bill globally because they are a group. I disagree however, I can find nothing in writing to back me up. looking for a written resource.
