36591--help!

A patient requires us to do a blood draw, then they are to see another doctor outside the unit, have another blood draw and see that doctor outside the unit again, and then have a third blood draw. We install a Life port needle for these blood draws. Our dilemma is do we bill for one blood draw from the port under coder 36591 or do we charge for 3 blood draws under that code?
