Hi,
I got denial from medicare for Hcpcs code L0627 with remark code OA109 "Claim not covered by this payor/contractor" Pt has medicare only no other insurance. Can anyone help me out in getting payment for the above code

L0627 is DME and should be billed through the Palmetto. You will need to be a provider for the DME contractor to be able to bill it and get paid for it.
