Body Areas for Dermatology Exam

Below is an example of a physical exam. I was wondering if it is permissible to count the body areas of back, neck, and the organ system skin or if the body areas can't be counted since the MD is only reviewing the skin of the back and neck?

"Of note, he had a 4 mm X 3 mm, dark brown nevus on the upper aspect of his right back, a 5 mm x 4 mm, light brown nevus superior to the aforementioned lesion on his upper right back, 4 mm x 2 mm, light brown nevus on the upper right back lateral to the other two lesions. He also had a 2 mm x 2 mm, raised, light brown nevus in the posterior aspect of his right side of the neck. He had no nail or scalp abnormalities."

Thank you for any input!!!
