Premature rupture of Membranes

How would you code PROM on a patient with an elective cesarean section.

The patient came in at 38 weeks with ruptured membranes. Labor had not started. 2 hrs between ruptured of membrane and C-section being performed.
C-Section was planned as patient was afraid of labor.
