56630 and 56501

Hi,
Please let me if 56630 and 56501 can be billed together

56630 - partial excision of the right side of vulva
56501 - destruction of the condyloma lesion on the right side.

is 56501 inclusive to 56630, since the physician is excising the right side so the destruction of the lesion on the right side of vulva will be taken into account?

please help me
