20550 Injection

Dr sent me this question with 20550 (Injection) for a Plantar Fasciitis. Advise, I'm not sure if the injection includes the medication, or if bill seperately. She is also doing an OV for tobacco abuse, which I can add mod 25, or should I only bill the 99406-99407 for this?

Bill the medication code for treatment meds.

20550 - injection of tendon sheath

The drug is billed separately. It is not considered inclusive.
