S-codes

What are the S-codes for? Are we really aloud to use them or is it a waste of time. EX: S0613 breast exam w/o pelvic the G0101 states breast WITH pelvic. I know medicare will not pay for them. Just wondering if there ok to use? Thanks Terry

S-Codes

We use S0610 & S0612 for Aetna and BCBS in lieu of the G0101 for the Annual Gynecological exam. The reimbursements are VERY good.
