Denied

I bill for Arkansas Medicaid. Lateley I have been getting denials for 81002 and 36415 stating that this codes are incidentals. I have never had this probelm before. Does anyone out there having the same issue? Thank you for your help.

81002 does not require a venipuncture. 36415 is not appropiate for this code.

I'm sorry, this are separate claims. I am not billing venipuncture for 81002. Thank you.
