Digital Nerve Blocks

Can anyone tell me how to bill for a digital nerve block done for pain control? Pt. had a laceration repair on Monday. A digital nerve block was done before suturing. I know that is rolled into the payment for the laceration repair, but the pt came back on Tuesday and Wednesday and got a digital nerve block each day for pain contol. Pt. is still in global so I can't bill an E/M code. How do I bill for this digit nerve block?
