cardiac catheterization

One of our doctor performed left heart catheter entering the right femoral artery by percutaneous technique and due to very tortuous iliac, abdominal and thoracic aorta he unable to torque the guiding catheter and he consulted another doctor for coronary angiography and that doctor did the angiography through right wrist.

Is it right to bill 93458 for our doctor who did left heart catheter if so what is the modifier to be appended to avoid denial and if not what is the best procedures suits.

Thanks in advance

Mike
