Drug test
My doctor performs drug testing mainly for the reason of before prescribing pain meds. This could be new or established patients coming back for the same pain.
What would be a diagnosis code to use as for the drug test? Would 304.90 be
the code?

We use V58.69, drug monitoring and have no problems with payment
