Billing 64435/Paracervical Block

I am at a loss with some of the practices in this current office, we are trying to make the corrections and get them informed of proper procedure.

I noticed they are billing 64435 with an NDC # of 00409427602, charging for 1 unit.

They have asked me to look into this NDC for accuracy. I did question why an NDC # is appended to the code bc 64435 is the procedure.

Am I correct in saying that 64435 does not have an NDC linked to it?
