Outpatient EKG billing

What are the appropriate codes to bill for a medicare patient for an EKG done in the office at a Medicare based billing facility? We are getting conflicting information. Do we bill a 93000 or a 93005U and 93010M?
Thank you.

Are you a physician office or an outpatient facility setting?

Outpatient EKG Billing

We are a physicians office, but a department of our local hospital. For other services we do bill a facility fee as well as a physicians fee.

This sounds like an outpatient hospital office. It is a facility. You cannot use the global in this site. See code 93010.

Outpt EKG billing

Yes, we are a hospital office. I reviewed the 93010, but that does not include the tracing. Please advise as the tracing, report and interpretation are ordered and completed during an office visit by one provider. Thank you for your help.
