coding ankle fracture with postop displacement

Our patient underwent ORIF for bimalleolar ankle fracture. At her most recent postoperative visit, x-ray showed the medial malleolar fragment had displaced further which will require re-fixation of the fracture.
I'm unsure how the services should be coded. Since the fracture is not healed, the selections for malunion, nonunion, sequelae do not seem appropriate. However, routine healing is obviously not correct either. I did not find anything close in the complications section either.
I'd appreciate any input.
