synvisc billing ?

Just wondering if I could get some feedback on the best way to bill for Synvisc inj's and if claims are getting paid. And how well they get paid. If that's not asking too much. Thank you

HCPCS code is J7325 and injection 20610. Code is diagnosis specific so need to review the insurance company policies. You may have to call the insurance company to see if they have a policy and if so get a copy. Humana and Aetna require pre-authorizations. Good luck.
