Hernia Repair with colectomy

Pt has a recurrent ventral hernia and the physician has to remove part of the bowel that is wrapped around the hernia sac. He creates a bilateral flap with the rectus sheat to close this massive hernia, he places a ventral hernia mesh and also removes part of the skin to prevent future problems. The hernia was located on the panniculus. The doctor is trying to bill 49565 44120 15830 and 15734..is that correct? If no, please explain why?
