Thyroid Cancer in pregnancy

I work in an OB/GYN office. We have a patient that was diagnosed with thyroid cancer during her pregnancy and underwent a thyroidectomy by another physician, while pregnant. I am trying to bill out global OB for this high risk pregnancy. What diagnosis code would I use for thyroid cancer in pregnancy? I was looking at 648.1X but it is for conditions classifiable to 240-246. Thyroid cancer code is 193. Any help is appreciated.
