Synovial cyst excision lumbar spine

I have an OP report where the surgeon performed a laminectomy/foraminotomy of the L5-S1 level, and then did a synovial cyst excision on the same level. His diagnosis is synovial cyst lumbar, lumbar spinal stenosis and lumbar radiculopthy. Is the laminectomy/foraminotomy bundled with the synovial cyst excision because its the same level or can I also bill for the laminectomy/foraminotomy due to spinal stenosis/radiculopathy? Thanks.
