Office visit with two different doctors, 2 specialities, same day of servce. How do you code so that both doctors get paid?

Should have no problem if both are medically necessary and usually have different reasons for seeing patient (diagnosis). Must have different specialty designations.

Your issue won't likely be one of coding but one of the payment policy for same day services of the carrier in question this is what I would reference first.
