Need CPT® for Right Internal Jugular Cordis Catheter placement

Dr has performed

1. left internal jugular dialysis catheter placement - 36556
2. flotation of swan-ganz catheter - 93503

along with right internal jugular cordis catheter placement..
unable to arrive at exact CPT® for this procedure..

please help
