This is a must listen to webcast. The documentation parts start at minutes 126:22 but you should really listen to all of it. They discuss everything including choosing an electronic medical records system and of course CMS and other agencies put in place, what they do and so on in reference to fraud and abuse. It's very long though so you may want to just turn it on and listen to it while doing something else.
