I hope this does not come across rude, but I have noticed some of your posts...do you have a CPT® and ICD-9 code books? If I may suggest that you inquire the office/facility that you are working for to get you a set they are essential to the coding/billing field.

It's ok, if you look in the ICD book under "fracture" then Comminuted, it refers you to see fracture by site. So it depends on the site of the fracture.
