Medicare Denial

We received a denial from Medicare that a patient was in a SNF so we will not be paid for fundus photos. Is there a modifier we can rebill with for payment?

Bill the skilled nursing facility.

You should add a TC modifier on any testing, but not on the office visit,in FL we have to have a Consolidated Billing Agreement with the SNF, before billing Medicare.
