lap excision of fallopian tube cyst

I work for general surgeons and one of my doctors did a laparoscopy for abdominal pain but ended up finding a fallopian tube cyst which he excised. As I don't bill much in this department, would I use 58662? I did look at 49322 but that is for aspiration the doctor specifically states excision. Thanks!
