Lumpectomy with Sentinel Node Excision

We do a fair amount of Lumpectomies with sent node biopsies. Usually separate incisions, same operative session. 19301 and 38525 59. Is this correct? As we have to appeal almost daily!

Please don't confuse 38525 with an axillary dissection because that is not what they do. They are testing the sent nodes to verify cancer hasn't traveled through their lymph nodes so they will remove a node or two.

That is exactly how I bill it, however, depending on the insurance, I might have to use the -xs modifier
