Pre-Op visit

If decision for surgery was not made nor noted in the Provider’s previous visit, yet a couple days later patient calls to proceed with surgery, patient is now scheduled to have H&P done is this still only pre-op visit

It is not clear what you are asking but that H&P cannot be billed separately.
