Emergency room visit by a gastroenterologist

Our Dr see a pt in the Emergency room at the request of the ER physician (diagnosis dysphagia and food impaction) and the pt was subsequently taken to the endoscopy after evaluation (EGD and biopsy) and then discharged home.
Should I bill this pt as ER visit or Out pt hospital visit or out pt consult?
