Prolong service codes billing

My Dr. is a specialist who provides consultation services in hospital settings. Since Medicare doesn't recognize consultation codes anymore so we change it to inpatient code 99223. My question is that since 99255 is for 110 minutes while 99223 is for 70 minutes, so to cover the additional time can we add 99356 with 99223?
