ICD-10 Coding Well Visit with Diagnosis of Obesity

We have had questions about whether or not to code the "with abnormal findings" ICD-10 codes for pediatric and adult well visits when the patient is obese or overweight. If a patient comes in year after year with a high BMI and is considered obese or overweight, would this justify the abnormal findings code?
