consultant billing Obs patients

Hi, I have an inpatient-only neurology consultant practice. I am not the admitting physician. I often see the Observation patient, as a CONSULTANT usually only once, but sometimes up to 3 days in a row (all Obs status). What CPT® codes should be used? For example if I am seeing them on their 2nd obs day, then they are discharged without me seeing them again? Also what place of service is that, and could you give the RVUs for the CPT® codes you will mention. I essentially never see an OBS pt on their first & only day, twice (with 2 documentations). Thanks for your help.
