Lap removal of a foreign body from peritoneal cavity

One of my physicians did a laparoscopic removal of a foreign body from the peritoneal cavity but I am having trouble choosing the correct code. The open code would be 49402 but there is no equivalent code to this for a Lap procedure. Would I use an unlisted code (49329) or would I use 49320? Please Help.... Thank you!
