Ortho Codes.

Desperately need procedure codes for the following.

Patient had a right shoulder posterior dislocation and underwent open reduction and reconstruction of locked posterior dislocation and repair of a lesser tuberosity fracture. Also had repair of a greater tuberosity fracture and tenodesis of biceps tendon.
I have 23670 for open reduction and repair of greater tuberosity fracture as well as 23430 for tenodesis of biceps tendon.
I need the code/s that would cover the reconstruction locked posterior dislocation and lesser tuberosity fx.

The surgeon indicates that this is a McLaughlin procedure. Has anyone got a code for this?

The diagnosis is right shoulder posterior chronic dislocation with reverse Hill-Sachs lesion of the humeral head with fractrure of the greater tuberosity and lesser tuberosity.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
