I am a coding/billing student.
I have a question regarding Supervision and Interpretation.
If a code states S/I, what happens to Technical component.
For example, a facility does both of technical portion and professional portion for
voiding urethrocystograhy, what CPT® code(s) will be used for this facility?
74455 alone, or any other code in CPT/HCPCS
(74455 states radiological S/I, and I think another code should be added
for this facilitie's service to include the technical service)

Procedure 74455 has both a technical and professional component. You would only bill this code without any modifiers.
