Ortho coding for back laminectomy with foraminectomy, no facetectomy.

We are having a coding discussion about how to code for a laminectomy with framinotomy without a facetectomy? How would this be coded? Would I be wrong in coding 63047 even though the physician did not document the facetectomy?
