Return to OR for drain placement

Can you please advise me on the appropriate code to use for a return to the OR for a blake drain placement in the groin, for a femoral seroma, one month post a fem-pop bypass graft. I will need to use modifier 78 as the patient is Medicare.

Difficult to say without an op note. Could be an I&D, code 10140 or 10180

Thank you for the codes, I looked at those but did not know if they would include the placement/suture of the drain. By definition I beleive that the 10140 is more appropriate as there is not an infection unless the placement of the drain in itself makes this complex....
